Restorative Yoga
Restorative Yoga is a deeply relaxing reset for the nervous system.
Using comfort items like blankets, cushions, and eye pillows we find highly supported and easeful shapes to help restore, renew, and rebalance.
This practice is accessible to anyone and is especially beneficial to those in the process of deep healing from any kind of surgery, injury, stress, or trauma.
Yin Yoga
Yin is a style of yoga that is based in Traditional Chinese Medicine. It uses passive shapes in the body to stimulate the release of tension in connective tissues and joints.
Yin Yoga offers a deeper meditative quality to poses held for longer periods of time, helping to build mental, emotional, and physical resilience.
